We are UK based. All deliveries placed through our website are processed and dispatched from our office in Wales, UK. We ship CBD Cream daily within the UK and Ireland and the Channel Islands including Jersey and Guernsey.
All orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service as seen below.
Office Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (closed weekends).
We offer two options for delivery:
1. Standard shipping – Dispatched within 2 working days.
2. Priority shipping – Dispatched next working day if your order is made by 5pm Monday to Friday. This method of shipment does not mean actual delivery the next working day but only dispatched as a priority the next day compared to the standard 2 day dispatch.
PLEASE NOTE– If the shipping address is located in the Highlands of Scotland, North or Southern Ireland or the very South of England, it may take an extra day to arrive. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
All CBD Cream orders to Ireland are shipped via Courier such as DPD or DHL. Please note there are customs charges on goods imported into Ireland from the UK because the UK left the European Union in 2021.
Royal Mail state that Royal Mail Tracked 48 AIM is 2 – 3 days. This means that, while it is more likely that your mail will arrive on time, there is always the possibility of delays. Although rare, from time to time at busy periods such as Christmas with backlogs at postal offices delivery can sometimes take up to 7 to 10 days.
